What you'll be doing

You’ll be stepping into a high-impact leadership role. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help shape the direction of the park and lead the operational teams to deliver consistently brilliant guest experiences, all while driving strong commercial results.

Here’s how you’ll make the magic happen:

  • Inspire and develop a large, passionate team of Holiday Heroes to deliver delight at every touchpoint
  • Support the Senior General Manager in managing park operations, leading on performance, quality, and guest experience
  • Drive commercial performance, managing budgets, identifying revenue opportunities, and controlling costs
  • Lead the park in the Senior General Managers absence, this is your platform to step up
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, licensing and operational standards
  • Champion a joined-up culture across all departments to give guests an unforgettable experience
  • Engage with holiday home owners through welcome events, forums, and regular touchpoints

 

What you’ll bring to the role

  • You’re currently running operations, either as a General Manager in a smaller venue or as a department lead in a fast-paced resort or leisure environment
  • You’re commercially minded and driven by results, comfortable owning P&Ls and spotting revenue opportunities
  • You’ve got the leadership presence to influence at every level and coach your team to shine
  • You’re energetic, adaptable, and hungry to progress in a growing business
  • You thrive in a high-volume, guest-facing environment and love working with people
  • You’re hands-on, proactive and ready to take on a role where no two days are the same
