What we need in a nutshell 

We’re looking for a confident and capable Reception Manager to lead and motivate the team that looks after our guests from the moment they arrive as well as the accommodation team. You’ll be the first point of call for all holiday makers and owners ensuring that the experience is outstanding.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be running the Guest Services and accommodation team.

For you, this includes:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Owners and Holiday Guests.
  • Complaint Handling - ensuring issues are addressed quickly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with Owners and Guests to ensure an exceptional experience on the park.
  • Directly manage and supervise the Guest Services team and the Accommodation (Cleaning) team.
  • Conduct team management, performance reviews, and coaching to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency across both departments.
  • Maintain clear team expectations and accountability for service standards.
  • Oversee the Accommodation team to ensure all holiday homes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard for arriving guests.
  • Work with our Park Services Team ensuring that all sub-lets homes are maintained and checked on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain stock control for essential supplies, including cleaning products, linen, and consumables.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all daily park operations relating to Guest Services.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you may need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Outstanding people skills – friendly, patient and always ready to help
  • Previous Management or Supervisors experience
  • Exceptional organisation skills and able to keep a good few plates spinning
  • A solid understanding of budgeting and finance
  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales role

It’s the icing on the cake if you have experience in the holiday sector specifically, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide plenty of training.
