What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for Social Media Assistant who will inspire, engage and delight our Away Resorts customer across our social media channels.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to our Social Media Executive, this exciting role will require you to inspire, engage and delight our Away Resorts customers. Working in a fast-paced social  environment you will be at the forefront of handling customer comments and ensuring a personal service is provided. You will be;

  • Responsible for handling customer comments, check-ins and direct messages within our agreed response time across all social media channels
  • Deliver exceptional customer care at all times
  • Ensuring that a personal service is provided to every customer to meet their needs
  • Develop relationships with on park and customer service teams
  • Support our social media executive with implement our social media strategy, auditing and analyse our social media channels
  • Have an interest in developing their social media and content marketing skills

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

  • Experience working in a customer care role
  • A commitment towards delivering a high level of customer service
  • A good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Web and computer software proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
