What we need in a nutshell

As a Aftersales Administrator, you will be the person who delivers delight to new homeowners, being the first and main point of contact for all their needs.

First and foremost, you will be a people person. You will have a talent for making people feel special, whether it’s having the ability to genuinely listen to l owners and building long term relationships with existing owners, remembering the details that matter to them.
You’ll be a genuine team player, as you have an important role in helping the sales team reach their targets. You will also be one of those positive people who set out to solve problems and put forward new ideas.
