 What you'll be doing

As a wider brand, we're unifying our five locations to expand our spa offering and elevate its position within our resorts. Increasingly, guests and residents are seeking wellness, relaxation, and recovery experiences. We're committed to integrating these elements into our business, making this an exciting time to join our growth and transformation.

As Spa Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the spa, recruit and lead a talented team of spa therapists during peak season, and drive both exceptional guest experiences and commercial success. You'll ensure the spa is presented to the highest standard, implement strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. You'll be supported by our special projects team and external industry consultants to help shape this new positioning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Develop and maintain high service standards to ensure an exceptional guest journey.

 * Oversee scheduling, booking systems, and daily operational tasks.

 * Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering processes.

 * Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall experience.

 * Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are adhered to at all times.

 * Analyse spa performance, prepare reports, and work towards revenue targets.

 

Skills and Experience Needed:

 * Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, with experience in Massage, Facials, and Body treatments.

 * Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury spa, resort, or holiday park.

 * Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

 * A passion for wellness, hospitality, and exceptional customer service.

 * Commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and revenue.

 * A history of working towards and achieving KPIs, including retail sales.

 * Knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends.

 * Willingness to travel to attend key industry events for networking and learning.

 * Experience using spa booking systems and managing treatment schedules.

 * Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations within a spa environment.

 * Experience with ELEMIS products is advantageous, but training will be provided.
