What we need, in a nutshell

We’re looking for a super-organised Admin Executive to look after holiday bookings that come through our partner Online Travel Agents (OTA), making sure the system is working smoothly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

Many of our holidays are booked through partner Online Travel Agents (OTA) and we need to ensure we manage the bookings and communication with the agents effectively. You will be responsible for the day to day administration of this important interface, including:

· Managing and reconciling all OTA bookings to ensure they are loaded, amended and cancelled correctly within our system (ParcVu)

· Managing all OTA bookings that are not automated, importing them into ParcVu, and ensuring information such as price changes are communicated and implemented

· Managing sales allocations to ensure optimum availability for OTAs, while returning over capacity back to our ‘pot’ for sale directly

· Checking OTA cancellations and ensuring units are placed back on sale

· Dealing with all queries regarding pricing, allocations and cancelled bookings, including OTA customer questions

· Assisting with the setup of new OTAs, compiling yearly allocations for OTAs, and reconciling all monies received from OTAs

· Feeding in to OTA strategy proposition

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you can match the skills, experience and qualities listed below, we’d love to hear from you:

· Experience of working with reservation systems or similar internal systems

· Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers

· Clear and confident communication skills

· Ability to interact with peers regardless of position

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with systems

· Highly organised and able to work independently

It’s the icing on the cake if you have worked within the holiday park industry and you are familiar with ‘ParkVu’ or a similar booking system, but this is not essential so do apply even if you don’t tick these additional boxes.
