Hours: Full time (weekends required)

Remuneration: £28,500

About the role

You will oversee the management of the Swimming Pool, Splash Pad and support and facilitate the other leisure activities we have to offer with the Experience team, (check out our website, some exciting stuff to get involved with).

You’ll be looking after everyone’s safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe, clean, and meeting legal requirements and NOP’s. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a crucial part of the management team, contributing to the continual growth and development of the complex. 

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for creatively scheduling a full calendar of exciting events for various age groups. You’ll proactively introduce new leisure activities and encourage increased participation.
