Why Tattershall Lakes?

Nestled in the stunning Lincolnshire countryside, Tattershall Lakes is a lakeside paradise bursting with life and adventure. From paddleboarding to jet skis, outdoor and indoor pools, and even a Spiegel tent, our resort is a haven for families, couples, and their four-legged friends.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the senior management team on the park, you’ll be helping to make Tattershall Lakes one of the best places in the UK to stay, while creating profit opportunities and managing a team. This includes:

  • Being responsible for the development, coaching and performance of the Food & Beverage and Retail teams and deputising for the Commercial Manager when necessary
  • Helping to plan and manage a budget for income and expenditure that delivers annual profit targets in food and beverage, arcade, gaming and retail
  • Ensuring we deliver the highest level of guest experience to all our guests, in line with our vision and values
  • Working with the senior management team to create an environment of continuous improvement in all areas of the park’s operation and commerciality
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude towards health, safety and food hygiene and ensuring that team members are fully trained and operating safely

One more thing…we’re always busy at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on some bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

With evidence of personal and professional development, you be commercially focussed and demonstrate excellent people skills. If you can also tick the following boxes, let’s hear from you:

  • A track record of delivering new strategies and opportunities
  • Strong project management skills, able to engage colleagues and bring about change
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams and managing performance, with experience of managing Heads of Departments as well as front line team members
  • Commercial astuteness coupled with a strong customer service ethos
