What we need, in a nutshell:

We’re looking for a dynamic Experience Delivery Manager to drive operational excellence across our entertainment and activities—crafting seamless, safe, and unforgettable guest moments that wow at every turn. You'll play a key role in delivering commercial success while keeping the Away Resorts brand promise front and centre.

With a shared responsibility across all parks, you’ll take the lead on events and activities—bringing your expertise, creativity, and passion to support and elevate our Entertainment Team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Activity Product Delivery - lead the charge in delivering safe, exciting, and profitable activity programmes. Ensure every session runs smoothly with solid procedures, top-notch kit, and well-trained teams—backed by consistent support and quality assurance across parks
  • Event Operations - take the reins on high-impact events—from feature weekends to signature experiences. Plan, coordinate, and execute flawlessly with park and central teams to wow guests and bring the Away Resorts magic to life
  • Away Resorts Channel Oversight - own the content and rollout of the Away Resorts Channel, working with suppliers to deliver bold, on-brand features like ‘Live at Away Resorts’. Partner with marketing to keep content fresh, engaging, and commercially impactful
  • Attending any necessary training to further understand the business aims
  • Seek new business opportunities through targeted marketing activities and proactive research
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing businesses and key contacts
  • Work closely with Revenue and Marketing to ensure aligned communication and park entertainment activities
  • Oversee the completion of daily, weekly and monthly activity maintenance logs, including sterilization routines and various checks for all activities. 
  • Ensure correct completion of park specific activity related risk assessments.  

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • University or Drama School graduate is desirable
  • Experience in delivering entertainment and activities strategy
  • Experience of product creation
  • Experience in communicating with stakeholders of differing levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Team management skills – developing and motivating  
  • Ability to coach and direct team both during work and training
  • Ability to adapt to social styles depending on audience   
  • Ability to think outside the box creatively
  • Execution & partner coordination

  • Curiosity & excellence
