Location: Appletree Country Park

Hours: Permanent Contract, 40 hours a week

Salary: £27,475 per annum

What we need in a nutshell

We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader who loves being where the action is. Working across our two fantastic venues, Six West and The Tipsy Eagle, you’ll support our F&B Manager to lead the team, deliver brilliant service and help drive sales.

Set within 150 acres of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, Appletree Holiday Park is home to luxury lodges, hotel, 9 hole golf course, driving range and fantastic facilities, including our two F&B venues, Six West and The Tipsy Eagle. What you’ll be doing

Leading by example, you’ll be motivating a team of F&B assistants to provide excellent service to customers in our busy bar and restaurant.  This includes:

• Being at the heart of the action, serving customers, clearing tables, solving problems and leading your team
• Supporting the F&B Manager with rotas and making sure we have the right people in the right place
• Coaching the team to deliver brilliant service and confidently upsell
• Looking for opportunities to increase sales and spend across our venues
• Working closely with our kitchen team to control stock, reduce waste and protect margins
• Handling guest feedback and complaints positively and professionally
• upporting performance, training and development within the team
• Building a motivated team who take pride in delivering a great experience – even when we’re at our busiestOne more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you feel you have the ability to lead a team with confidence in a busy environment and you can tick the following boxes, we want to hear from you:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced and busy F&B environment
• Experience of driving revenue, we can help you with training
• A problem solver who can manage difficult situations well
• A champion in delivering excellence in customer service with evidence of previous successes
• Preferably a level 2 hygiene certificate but this is not a deal breaker as we can do this training on site

It’s the icing on the cake if you have specific experience on a holiday park, but don’t worry if you don’t, we provide lots of training.
