What we need in a nutshell
We need someone who will keep our fantastic holiday park and accommodation in tip-top condition and looking spectacular. You will also be responsible for organising the siting and connections of our holiday homes for new and existing Holiday Home Owners and ensuring our accommodation is maintained. You will be leading a team who head up each department under your responsibility.
We will ensure you have the tools for the job and as a senior manager on the park be included in its operation and development. We will also support you in your career aspirations too.
A Maintenance/Grounds manager will lead and manage the team that keeps our park looking fabulous and running smoothly, covering everything from Landscaping, Slab laying, bins are emptied and litter picked. We need someone who cares about the environment and who is a great leader with attention detail.

What you’ll be doing
As part of our team of holiday heroes, you will manage the Maintenance team to ensure everything is in good working order. Your work will include:
Guests and team will look to you to fix what’s broken and restore order, so you will need to be confident, friendly and obliging in addition to your practical skills.
You will have a team under your responsibility to help ensure all the above are achieved.
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays, and some weekends too. We do however pay overtime on the occasion were this is required.
