The ideal Sales Discovery Consultant is results driven and personable. You will be offering people the opportunity for Holiday Home Ownership at one of our beautiful parks securing appointments for future Owners with one of our Sales team.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be responsible for creating the first connection with potential holiday homeowners, playing a key role at the start of the customer journey by generating interest, securing appointments, and connecting customers with our Senior Advisors. You will help create a seamless experience from the very first conversation, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

In more detail, this includes:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers, building rapport, understanding their needs and creating excitement around holiday home ownership.
• Securing quality appointments for Senior Advisors by identifying, qualifying and handing over opportunities with accurate customer information.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up, maximising appointment opportunities and supporting the holiday home sales pipeline.
• Working towards appointment and performance targets while collaborating with the wider sales team to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Attending local events to find potential customers

• Previous experience in a sales, appointment-setting, customer service, or contact centre environment.
• Experience selling holiday homes, property, or other high-value products.
