Location – Central Support, Hemel Hempstead – with some travel to our amazing parks

This role is an incredible opportunity to join an ambitious business assisting in the management and maintenance of our retail systems and produce regular reporting to support our commercial objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

You will manage and maintain the design of the EPOS database to the agreed standards and practice, to include maintaining the cost and selling price of products, PLUS and SKUs and menu item recipes in response to incoming requests and seasonal changes.

  • Maintain the various EPOS system layouts and templates, including bar tills, our table-ordering app, kitchen screen systems and self-ordering kiosks
  • Daily frontline support for our various stakeholders and end-users, including our bar and restaurant managers and Central Support teams
  • Assist in the smooth launch of new menus by ensuring the accurate setup of till buttons, prices, products and recipes
  • Support internal and external stocktakes by supplying or compiling data and reports as required
  • Support the Commercial Operations team through:
    • Ensuring the accuracy of retail system data at the source
    • Periodically extract and summarise financial data from our retail systems
    • Summarise stock result information from both internal and external stock reports
    • Support Retail payroll ratio forecasting and reporting of variance to budget
  • Extract and compile retail system data for the Finance team
  • Support the Retail management accounts and period end process in extracting and summarising key findings

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • Know your onions – you’ll be working with food and beverage products every day, so strong knowledge of similar operations is a must
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficient user of modern EPOS systems
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are vital to the role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage your time
  • Ability to problem-solve.
