We are seeking an outstanding Resort Director to lead Tattershall Lakes, our flagship destinations, a unique 400-acre lakeside resort where guests escape the everyday and immerse themselves in extraordinary experiences surrounded by the stunning Lincolnshire countryside.

Commercial Impact

You will hold full strategic, commercial and operational accountability for Tattershall Lakes, guiding its long-term vision, performance and development. Through inspirational leadership, commercial innovation and operational excellence, you will enhance brand reputation, elevate guest satisfaction and drive sustainable financial returns. Tattershall Lakes is one of the most commercially significant assets in our portfolio. It is home to the largest Holiday Home Sales function within the organisation, supporting a thriving community of around 900 owners and driving the performance and development of 190 pitches.

As Resort Director, you will

  • Define and deliver a commercial plan that accelerates growth and strengthens asset value, achieving EBITDA and profit goals.
  • Lead and develop senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams to high performance
  • Expand revenue across accommodation, F&B, events, activities and owner experience
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to optimise performance, product mix and owner journey
  • Safeguard standards, compliance and guest safety across all operations
  • Lead continuous improvement, transformational change and capital development plans

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of leading at executive level within complex, high-growth hospitality, leisure, tourism or multi-site operational sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth and executing substantial EBITDA targets.
  • Inspirational leadership, coaching and team development capability
  • Confidence leading large-scale operations and transformational change
  • Outstanding communication, influence and guest-first thinking
