This brand-new networking role requires a self-motivated individual who can identify and develop potential partnerships with local and regional companies to promote our brand. Your primary focus will be on identifying and building a partnership with companies. This will be based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company's ideal customer profile.

Our Flagship Resort Tattershall Lakes, is jaw dropping not only in its size but also what it offers our Guests and Owners.  An action-packed lakeside resort, from paddle boarding to jet skis, an outdoor lido, an indoor pool, whopping complex and even our very own Spiegel tent, an enormous amount to do for children, adults, and even our four-legged friends.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential partners.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information on prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach materials, including email templates, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Schedule and conduct face to face follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate and build relationships with potential clients.
  •  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
