We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Sports and Leisure Manager, to oversee an already established team of assistant managers, team leaders and lifeguards. You will be empowered to use your wealth of knowledge to own and lead our Sports & Leisure offering for Tattershall Lakes through an exciting period of expansion and investment. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with a strong focus on inspiring their team to deliver exceptional guest experience, meeting all commercial and safety targets.

About the role

You will oversee the management our swimming pools, Lake water sports, splash zone and all the other fantastic leisure activities we have to offer (check out our website, some exciting stuff to get involved with). You’ll be looking after everyone’s safety, ensuring your areas of responsibility are safe, clean and meeting legal requirements and NOP’s. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a crucial part of the management team, contributing to the continual growth and development of the complex. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator who is seeking a challenge to enhance their career to the next level.

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for creatively scheduling a full calendar of exciting events for various age groups. You’ll proactively introducing new leisure activities and encouraging increased participation.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends bank holidays too.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

There’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:

• A current NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
• A current PPO (Pool Plant Operations) qualification
• Great interpersonal skills

Nice to have but not essential.

It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won’t hold it against you if you don’t).
