 What we need in a nutshell:

We’re looking for a Park Services Assistant for our Grounds team to help keep our park looking fabulous, covering everything from grounds maintenance to litter patrols.

We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. At our amazing UK resorts, we pull out all the stops and add the bells and whistles to give our guests the holiday of a lifetime.

Our Mill Rythe Coastal Village is set on a peaceful estuary and has undergone a stunning £10m refurbishment. We have our beautiful cocktail bar, The Missing Squirrel, as well as our incredible new restaurant The Green Room.

 What you'll be doing:

You will be reporting to the Grounds & Maintenance Manager working to required timescales, with a professional and friendly attitude. You will be out and about on the Park so will encounter our guests at all times. 

  • Ensuring all work carried out is finished to the highest of standards.
  • Operating machinery from ride on mowers to a pair of sheers. You will need to be safe in what you do and aware of your surroundings at all times.
  • You could be cutting grass, trimming bushes, planting & tending to flower beds etc…. the list is endless!

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

We’ll provide training, but you must:

  • Previous experience and a love of gardening
  • Ability to work on a shift pattern including weekends
  • Full UK Driving License 

It would be the icing on the cake if you have a relevant NVQ or a trade qualification or if you have experience working on a holiday park.
