What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for delivering delight to guests at Retallack Resort and Spa a luxury spa resort with a lively watersports hub, wrapped up in a stunning countryside location. Through clear and consistent leadership, you will be managing and motivating the Accommodation, Maintenance, Security and Guest Services teams to ensure they are equipped and excited to enable our Guests to have the best holiday ever, with the attention to detail that has become synonymous to the standards expected at an Away Resorts destination.
