What we need in a nutshell

We need an admin superhero who will keep on top of all the financial paperwork and admin that allows our holiday park to run smoothly.

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from their day-to-day. When they are with us, they play crazy games, enjoy show-stopping entertainment and live in the moment. Our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn.

As our administration and cashier assistant, you will deliver delight to your internal customers, making sure that the on-park financial admin is in good order and accurate.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will be reporting to the Administration Manager, and your tasks will include:

  • Checking cash on-site and completing safe and float checks
  • Assisting with other administration duties when your help is needed
  • Dealing with cash front end and department sales

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

You will love administration and processes. You will be able to use your initiative to solve problems and you will be confident about putting forward ideas for improvement. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial in this role, as is the ability to work quickly and under pressure.

You will have experience of finance procedures, including payroll, purchase ledger and cash banking control. You will also have experience of high-volume administration and you will be proficient in Word and Excel.

You’ll need to be comfortable working in a small team, and be prepared to muck in when it’s needed, even taking on tasks outside of your usual responsibilities.
