What we can offer you

Enjoy some great benefits, including:

  • A great working environment - We work hard but have fun along the way
  • Flexible hours – We can be flexible to offer hours around life commitments wherever possible, talk to us about what you need!

What you will be doing

Utilising your skills and experience, perhaps as a keen DIY enthusiast or in a maintenance role, you will undertake various works on our customers’ caravan and lodge holiday homes. This includes:

  • Essential maintenance and repair work, such changing taps, fixing shelves and TV brackets.
  • Working as part of an experienced team who will assist and support you with tasks you may be unfamiliar with
  • Working to our high standards, exceeding customers’ expectations and complying with Health and Safety legislation and company policies.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We aim to deliver delight to our holiday homeowners and to do this you will need to:

  • Have experience using light tools such as drills and saws and be used to carrying out essential DIY and maintenance work
  • Have a problem-solving attitude and be keen to turn your hand to any task if required
  • Be proactive, positive and friendly
  • Have a full UK driving licence

It’s the icing on the cake if you have experience on a holiday park, but don’t worry if you don’t, we can support you as you learn how things work here.

We have a can-do, people-centred ethos at Away Resorts, and we look for certain qualities in our team members. Have a read about it and see if you fit the bill.
