Supporting and maintaining our network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches and connectivity.
Helping plan and deliver network upgrades and improvements across the business.
Working closely with our third-party IT providers to make sure services are running effectively and issues are resolved promptly.

Taking part in the IT on-call rota, which may occasionally involve providing out-of-hours support.
At least 3 years' experience working within IT Infrastructure and Networking, including projects and business-as-usual support.
Good knowledge of networking, cloud and telecoms technologies.
Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, firewalls and Microsoft 365.
Experience working with third-party suppliers and managing external IT support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Great organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload and competing priorities.
A proactive, positive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
