What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a high calibre Food & Beverage Manager that can create an environment where a team thrive, and our guests can sit back and take away memories that will last a lifetime; whilst still having an analytical mind that can process KPI's and drive the right behaviour though standards and leading the way.
You will need to develop an in-depth understanding of the commercial aspects of all our operational businesses on the park, so you will need to:
