What we need in a nutshell
We are looking for an experienced Caravan/holiday home Siting Manager who is approachable and always ready to support the team, be ready to muck in and get the job done!
You will have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with excellent organisational skills and a genuine drive to see through the jobs to completion.
We offer a competitive salary and a bonus scheme for each Holiday home sold by our sales team; the remuneration will be reviewed after successful completion of initial probation period. In short, if you are amazing, we will reward you for your hard work.
What we are looking for
You will have experience in siting caravan holiday homes already and meeting set standards. You will perhaps have managed a small team to ensure caravans are sited in accordance with industry guidelines and ensuring our customers holiday homes are perfect for them.
We are looking for someone who wants to be included in day-to-day operations and will be well appreciated for the efforts and perhaps have an eye on career progression.

We need you to be the person who ensure our Owners holiday home is perfect for when they take over it.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our team of holiday heroes, you will manage the Siting team to ensure everything is in good working order. Your work will include:
· Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you would be responsible for the movement and siting of caravans within set timescales.
· You will ensure all caravans are sited and levelled with steps. Ensuring that the Moving and siting Caravans, including external Plumbing are planned and completed
· Ensure that all vacant pitches are tidy, hooks sprayed, and water pipes capped. As well as maintaining the good working order of all plant and equipment and plan, prepare and implement a planned maintenance schedule for all plant/equipment to keep in good working order.
· Liaising with relevant team to ensure contractors have tested and certified the unit ready for occupancy.
· Genuine drive to see the jobs through to completion
Guests and staff will look to you keep order and ensure the Holiday homes are completed on time., so you will need to be confident, friendly and obliging in addition to your practical skills.
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and occasional weekends.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
We will train you, but you’ll need to have the following skills and experience to apply for this role:
· Experience of managing a team of trades and general assistants
· Confident organisational skills
· An understanding of Health & Safety at work
· Driving licence is essential, preferably with towing capacity.
· Lantra towing qualification, preferred but not essential.
