We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Guest Services Assistants to join our team at Tattershall Lakes Country Park.

As one of the first faces our guests see, you'll play a key role in creating amazing holiday experiences. From welcoming guests and checking them in, to making bookings, answering questions, and resolving issues, you'll help ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and delivering outstanding customer service
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Taking holiday and activity bookings
• Answering guest enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and online
• Resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Working closely with teams across the park to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Helping to create memorable holidays from arrival through to departure

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Has excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys talking to and helping people
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Stays calm and positive under pressure
• Has strong attention to detail
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Takes pride in solving problems and finding solutions

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or a similar guest-facing role would be beneficial, but most importantly, we're looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

As holidays happen when people are off work, you'll need flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
