Park Services Assistant - Grounds

Location: The Bay Colwell

Hours: Variable seasonal contract

Salary: £11.44 per hour

What we need in a nutshell

We want our facilities to be so clean that they sparkle. So clean that when guests walk through the doors, we can hear them say “Wow!”

Tasks included are:

• Grass cutting
• Litter picking
• Grounds maintenance 
• Keeping an eye on our bins throughout the day

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

To deliver delight to our guests you will need:

• Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
• Have an eye for detail and continuity with experience in grass cutting
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
• Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
• Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
• Be able to work day or night
