Salary: £11.44 per hour- Paid Weekly 

Hours of work: Seasonal contract- Variable hours- Flexible around school hours!

What we need in a nutshell 

As a Guest Services Advisor, we want you to make our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and inspired to have their best holiday ever, from check-in to the moment they leave. Your role, always with a friendly smile, will include: 

  • Meeting and greeting guests and checking them in and out 
  • Making bookings for activities and dealing with enquires 
  • Resolving  complaints in a way that makes guests properly looked after 

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.

What you'll be doing

As a member of the Accommodation cleaning team you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all units of accommodation you are asked to look after.

You must be able to demonstrate that you can work to agreed standard and be positive in your nature.

Are you a parent looking for work that fits around your busy schedule? We understand the challenges of balancing work and family life. That's why we offer flexible shifts from 10am to 2pm, allowing you to drop off your kids at school and pick them up afterward.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

We’ll provide full training, but you must:

  • Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a very busy Team
  • Have real attention to detail with the highest of standards
  • Be adaptable…conscientious and very organised

Any previous experience of working in a Cleaning type role is a plus, but not essential.
