What we are looking for
Were currently looking for a Receptionist to join our existing Guest Services Team ensuring all our guests and welcomed and checked in.

Sandy Balls is a very diverse day to day operation with everything from swimming pools. play areas, retail outlets, entertainment venues, sports & leisure facilities & loads of indoor and outdoor activities and pretty much open all year round.

What you’ll be doing
Our Guest Services is open from 08.00-19.00 every day (this may vary on certain breaks).
Were currently looking for a Receptionist to join our existing Guest Services Team ensuring all our guests and welcomed and checked in. Guest Services is the main contact point for all guest enquiries and also the key information area for all nature of requirements during their stay.
You will report to the Guest Services Manager and work alongside a Team of Receptionists who have the same role.
Our busiest days are Mondays and Fridays, but we do have hours available from 6 hours per week to full time hours. Weekend hours are also available as we have guests check in every day.
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.
