Hours of work: Variable Hours- Fixed Term Contract (MAT Cover)

Salary: £12.21 Per Hour - Paid Weekly

What we need, in a nutshell

You will be supporting our Holiday Homeowners and delivering delight through various administrative tasks.

Sandy Balls Holiday Village is a world away from your day to day, with more trees than you can… well, shake a stick at. We have resident alpacas, a bush-craft school and forest laser tag, along with the usual holiday heroes of cycling and swimming. What you’ll be doing

You’ll be making sure the owners have everything they need to ensure that the ownership customer experience is delivered to a high standard.

Taking care of all administration tasks to ensure smooth customer service and happy Holiday Homeowners, including:

  • Serving as the primary contact for owners and enquiries within the Holiday Home Sales team
  • Managing job sheets
  • Maintenance coordination and owner communications to ensure a seamless experience
  • Oversee key processes including pass renewals, sublet management, safety certifications, and owner arrival inspections,
  • Fostering owner engagement through event coordination and communications
  • Maintain accurate records and financial reporting to support smooth and compliant operations

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you can match the skills, experience and qualities listed below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Ability to organise your own time and workload
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone
  • Comfortable using IT systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a friendly and helpful attitude

It would be the icing on the cake if you have experience working in a similar role on a holiday park but don’t worry if you haven’t, we can offer training as long as you have the right skills and attitude.
