What you’ll be doing:

Step into a leadership role where your skills and passion will shine! As our Accommodation Manager, you'll inspire and develop a talented team to deliver exceptional guest experiences with spotless, well-equipped accommodation. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead and Develop: Recruit, manage, develop and grow a large, dynamic department, of 40-50 team leaders and accommodation cleaners.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure all guest accommodation is prepared to the highest standards and ready for unforgettable arrivals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other managers and central teams to enhance the guest experience.
  • Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Coach and support the team, leading from the front in resolving guest concerns with positivity and care.
  • Shape the Future: Contribute to the park’s strategic direction, keeping up to date on the condition of all accommodation and knowing what is required to enhance our offering.
  • Be a Budget Master: Manage budgets effectively, drive efficiencies, and implement smart cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prioritise Safety: Champion Health and Safety policies to protect both our team and guests.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We are looking for a high-calibre manager who can demonstrate the following:

  • A good level of general education
  • Experience of managing and leading a team
  • The ability to manage performance issues and conflict situations assertively and with empathy
  • Exceptional communication skills and able to adapt style to people at all levels
  • A strategic mindset and a strong focus on customer service delivery
  • A forward-thinking outlook and open to new ideas

It’s the icing on the cake, but not essential, if you have an NVQ in hospitality, customer services or tourism, have worked in a similar role on a holiday park and have coaching and mentoring experience.
