What we need in a nutshell

As Kitchen Supervisor we will be looking for you share your knowledge and experience. Building an engaging team of chefs, as well as leading by example to deliver our menu to the highest standards always. You will ideally have previous experience of working in a supervisory role within a kitchen.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budgets and that food hygiene and health and safety compliance is always maintained .

You should thrive when under pressure and have a positive attitude, oodles of enthusiasm and be prepared to be hands on and to get stuck in with the team.

What you'll be doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be the go-to person on shift. You will lead, guide, support and train your team to get them delivering the very best level of food and service. We have exacting Standards of Service and your job is to make sure they become real for each and every guest. You’ll completing opening and closing checks to ensure our standards are met and exceeded. You will support the Kitchen Manager with new ideas to drive revenue and manage stock on a day to day basis.

You’ll also be a key part of accurate orders

One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

There's lots of training on offer but you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role as either a Chef de Partie or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Passion for food and delivering excellent service
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Ability to think on your feet and deal with problems
  • Experience with stock control and working to a budget
  • Working closely with the Kitchen Manager you will be an integral part of the team, you should also be happy to interact with customers.
