About the role

We are looking for Bartenders to work in one of our high-volume bars at Tattershall Lakes.  We have a variety of different styles of bars, from kiosk and restaurant dispense to energetic service bars, experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

What you will be doing

We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes. Here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Meeting and greetings guests with a friendly welcome
• Serving behind the bar
• Taking orders and delivering drinks to guests
• Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Generally making sure everybody is having a great time

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

We have high standards! We will train you up, but you must:

• Have customer service experience and skills
• Relish the fast pace of a busy bar
• Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
• Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
• Have experience of working in a team

Nice to have but not essential

• Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub
• A basic knowledge of draft, spirits, and wines
• Experience of working in the holiday sector
