Replenishment Supervisor - Bestway Swansea

We are currently looking for a Replenishment Supervisor to join the team, based at our Swansea branch:

As the Replenishment Supervisor, you will support and assist the Replenishment Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Ensure 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering <10% ISOS.
• Ensure KPI’s are in place for gap counts.
• Contribute to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
• Drive the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience. 
• Act as an Ambassador for the brand.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
• Ensure Health & Safety Policy and Legislation is adhered to.

 We’re looking for someone with;

• Experience gained within a warehouse / retail / wholesale environment
• Sound knowledge of product areas
• Natural organiser with exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks
• Strong time management skills
• Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results
• Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening skills

• Hours of work: 44 hours per week
• Shift: TBC
