Internal Communications Coordinator (Central Operations)
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for keeping teams informed and connected? We’re looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Central Operations team at Bestway’s Head Office. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Operations Department by producing daily and weekly bulletins that deliver essential updates across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform incoming emails from a shared inbox into clear, engaging daily and weekly communications.
- Ensure timely and efficient distribution of bulletins throughout the business.
- Liaise with departments to resolve queries and clarify information.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Gather and compile updates on various Operations projects.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience in internal communications or depot operations is a plus.
