Location: Hybrid – based at Winchester Central Office with regular travel across Hampshire

Brendoncare is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Community Fundraising & Events Coordinator to join our Fundraising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging fundraising events and campaigns that support older people to live well and enjoy life.

About the role
You will develop, manage and promote a wide range of community fundraising initiatives and events, from local activities to large-scale participation events. Working closely with supporters, volunteers and colleagues, you’ll help build strong relationships and deliver successful fundraising outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, managing and delivering fundraising events and campaigns

  • Engaging and stewarding donors, supporters and volunteers

  • Coordinating and supporting fundraising volunteers

  • Working with the Marketing team to promote events and campaigns

  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM and reporting on activity

About you:
You’ll have experience in event planning or community fundraising, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the charity sector. You’ll be confident working with supporters and volunteers, highly organised, and flexible in your approach to work. A driving licence and access to a car are essential.
