People Business Partner
Location: Winchester (Hybrid with travel across the South of UK)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week
Salary: £45,000 to £53,000 pa (depending on experience and capability)
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As our People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives that align with our mission and values. You’ll play a key role in:
- Driving employee engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive culture
- Leading change management and employee relations with confidence and compassion
- Developing innovative reward, recognition, and wellbeing programmes
- Supporting leadership development and coaching across our care homes
- Championing equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation
This is a hybrid role based in Winchester, with regular travel to our care homes across the South of England.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- A confident HR professional with broad experience across ER, change, reward, and engagement
- Skilled in building trust and influencing at all levels
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about continuous improvement
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on support
Experience in multi-site or care sector environments is a bonus, but not essential.
