About the role
We are looking for a Domestic Services Assistant to join our team at Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill in Hampshire.
This modern, spacious site near Chandler’s Ford brings together three connected services:
- Otterbourne Court: Personalised nursing and dementia care, plus planned and emergency respite
- Otterbourne Mews: Dementia‑friendly apartments for individuals and couples
- Otterbourne Club: A community hub offering activities, facilities and social opportunities
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have previous cleaning or domestic work experience outside your own home and a flexible, reliable approach. Most importantly, you’ll bring a caring and respectful attitude towards older people.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Protecting residents’ dignity and privacy during cleaning tasks
- Monitoring and safely storing cleaning materials
- Raising any hazards or maintenance needs
- Following COSHH, Health & Safety guidance and Brendoncare policies
