L&D Advisor - 9 Month FTC

The Role

As the Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our employees. 

You will be responsible for coordination of learning, development and training initiatives across the business, in line with the people strategy.  

Working closely with the Employee Experience Manager, this role will support the development and execution of training plans with key stakeholders.  

What you will be doing?

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring L&D Objectives and KPIs are met and in line with the Employee Experience & overall People Strategy 
  • Ensuring L&D policies and processes are fit for purpose, effective and user friendly  
  • Course & delegate management  
  • Liaising with L&D providers  
  • Supporting the Management of PDP process and outputs  
  • Management and maintenance of talent and training systems 
  • Supporting in the Design & Creation of a Skills & Competency Framework 
  • Supporting with internal L&D Events 

The above list is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.

What is needed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced command of all MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Reporting and analysis of data


  • Previous L&D experience
  • Facilitation experience
