FP&A Manager

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a knack for strategy and operational excellence? We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Manager with strong accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) to join our dynamic finance team. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of driving critical business decisions and shaping the future of our financial operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Operational Reporting & Analysis:
  Prepare and present key financial reports to the Board and leadership, helping to shape strategic decisions.
  Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs, offering valuable insights on performance.
  Perform variance analysis, uncovering key drivers and areas for improvement.
  Ensure data accuracy across multiple sources, with a sharp eye for discrepancies.

• Planning & Forecasting:
  Lead the planning cycle, incorporating strategic assumptions and essential inputs.
  Create detailed financial models and forecasts that influence business decisions.
  Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with long-term company goals.

• Data Management & Process Improvement:
  Maintain a single, accurate source of truth for all financial reporting.
  Work closely with IT to streamline data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  Drive continuous improvement in reporting systems and data governance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and operational teams, ensuring smooth data flow.
  Assist in the implementation of new reporting tools and train teams on their use.
  Support data migration efforts to maintain data integrity during system upgrades.

• Compliance & Risk Management:
  Ensure financial reporting meets statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.
  Identify risks and proactively mitigate them through strong reporting practices.
  Maintain high standards in data security and governance, adhering to regulations like GDPR.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business reporting, with an operational focus.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4 Hana) and financial reporting tools.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Technology sector experience is desirable but not essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
