IT Operations Analyst
Work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to the development of a forward-thinking IT and data strategy, and be a key player in driving the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support beyond the Service Desk, including systems like Autotask PSA, Salesforce, SAP Business One, and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and Head of IT Operations to implement business and IT strategic platforms.
- Assist with new ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA, ServiceNow, and SAP Concur.
- Perform routine maintenance and support internal systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure documentation for all internal systems is up to date and assist with system evaluations.
- Support company meetings and events with AV setup.
- Manage and maintain mobile and laptop assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Assist with user account management, asset allocation, and recovery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems and technologies
- Experience in providing excellent customer service with ownership of tasks
- Knowledge of Active Directory, M365, Exchange, and general networking (e.g., Cisco)
- Willingness to take on new technical challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience in an IT reseller or MSP
- Datto RMM, BCDR, and Logic Monitor experience
- Familiarity with SAP Business One, VMware, SQL, and Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft certifications or CCNA
