Senior Engineer – IT Infrastructure Solutions
Location: Home-based with travel to Southampton

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions and services that make a real difference for our customers. Working closely with Project Management (PMO) and Presales teams, you’ll take ownership of solution delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting wireless surveys using Ekahau technology and producing survey reports
- Implementing IT solutions designed by Presales or the Professional Services team
- Providing engineering support to sales and presales teams as needed
- Creating technical documentation and project reports
- Ensuring projects run smoothly, meeting KPIs and SLAs
- Racking, stacking, and configuring network equipment
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer service
This role will initially be aligned to a Southampton-based project, so candidates must be within a commutable distance. Occasional travel to other sites may be required based on business needs.

Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience with Cisco Wireless technologies
- Experience conducting wireless surveys using Ekahau (Predictive, APoS, and post-implementation)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Meraki technologies
- Familiarity with Cisco core technologies
- Experience working in a project-based environment
Desirable Certifications:
- CCNA (Routing & Switching, Security, or Wireless)
- Knowledge of additional Cisco technologies (Data Centre, Security)
