We are recruiting for a Recruitment Partner role.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join the People Services Team and work closely with the Recruitment Manager to achieve recruitment objectives and fulfil an end-to-end recruitment service, focusing on quality of hire.

 

The successful candidate will focus on growing our external recruitment service, partnering with Account Managers across the Company, and meeting the recruitment needs of our Customers. In addition, they will work closely with the professional services team to ensure projects are fully resourced and usage of 3rd party suppliers is minimal.

 

This position would suit an ambitious and enthusiastic recruiter who is looking to be part of a successful, fast paced team Experience recruiting in the IT and Technology sector would be advantageous.

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Recruitment Partner will undertake the following tasks:

  • Creating and working to a recruitment growth plan in line with overall business objectives
  • Working closely with the HR & recruitment team in achieving departmental goals and objectives
  • Partnering with the sales team to identify recruitment opportunities
  • Coaching Hiring and Account Managers through recruitment best practice.
  • Benchmarking of positions, where required
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates prior to submission
  • Be a strong Resourcer – able to apply different recruitment methods to source people as per the relevant requirement
  • Be the main point of contact for contractors; ensuring timesheets are completed and submitted on time, and subsequently ensuring the contractors are paid on time
  • Being a key point of contact for customers in relation to our external recruitment service
  • Be a confident presenter, and willing to present recruitment solutions to external customers, when appropriate.

 

Knowledge & Experience

Required  

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter either in-house or in agency
  • Familiarisation with applicant tracking systems
  • IR35 legislation knowledge
  • Right to work knowledge
  • Full understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • Understanding of the Equality Act (2010)

 

Desired

  • IT / Technology Recruitment experience

 

 

Qualifications & Training

Desired

  • CIPD, CertRP, CertIHR or DipRM certified (or equivalent)
