Overview:

As NOC Analyst, your primary role within the NOC is to deliver a world class customer service and to support our customers through CAE’s Incident, Change, Event, and Service Fulfilment Management processes. This is a technical, hands on role where a commitment to personal development is a must.

You will be required to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously meaning clear communication, meticulous timekeeping, and time logging skills are required in addition to technical knowledge.

This role requires strong routing and switching skills, ideally with service provider technology experience. As a NOC Analyst you will also be exposed to, and required to troubleshoot on, a range of other technology areas focused primarily within Cisco and Palo Alto.

The role is core to our 24*7 NOC Operation to ensure continued service delivery to CAE’s customers and will have a working shift pattern of  4 days on 4 days off – a mixture of nights and days.

Overview:

The Service Delivery Analyst will collaborate within the service team to assist the Service Delivery Manager in delivering CAE's Managed Services to customers.

This role involves executing, reporting on, and overseeing various key functions within CAE's Service Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to end users and the implementation of Service Support and Service Delivery processes that meet business needs.

The analyst will manage a portfolio of service contracts and support the Service Delivery Manager with larger service contracts as needed. They will develop an understanding of each customer's business to ensure that the service provided meets or exceeds contractual obligations.

Responsibilities include working with the reporting team to produce monthly service reports and addressing issues with the NOC and Service Desk teams.

This customer-facing position requires establishing and managing expectations within the business and driving the Service Delivery team to meet those expectations to a high standard.

This is a remote role with travel to CAE Offices as and when required

The Solutions Architect will provide field-based presales engagement on sales opportunities and bid proposals for a specific technology pillar.

They will be expected to engage with customers to understand their infrastructure along with their business operation model and will work with the customer in advising, architecting, planning and modelling future technology and operational designs that will transform their business.

They will own the technical designs and responses required for all selected bids or required proposals allocated to them.

They will be required to attend customer site to gather information, present designs and run workshops to better understand, inform and test customer requirements.

This is a customer facing role requiring flexibility to travel.
