 Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gainsborough as a Registered Manager at CRT Ltd. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring CRT’s continued compliance with relevant legislation. Liaising with the Operations Manager you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met. Responsibilities include staff management, liaising with regulatory bodies, maintaining safety and operational effectiveness, and ensuring the organisation meets all legal and ethical standards. The role requires proactive leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a positive care environment while achieving service excellence.

 Required Experience

·         Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including recruitment, supervision, and staff development

·         Expertise in operational management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and meeting care quality standards

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, service users, and regulatory bodies

·         Knowledge of care industry standards and safeguarding practices

·         Experience with care planning, risk assessment, and the ability to uphold high levels of service-user satisfaction

·         Proficiency with digital tools and systems for operational efficiency and record-keeping

·         Experience in person-centred care and a strong commitment to community-focused service delivery

Qualifications

·         A Registered Manager qualification e.g. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care is essential
