CRT Care Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Waltham House Extra Care in Wirksworth.

We provide 24-hour support to residents, helping them maintain their independence while receiving the care and support they need. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives and want a rewarding career in care, we would love to hear from you.

Shift Patterns

Applicants must be able to work a mixture of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights.

• AM Shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• PM Shift: 15:00 - 22:00
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 08:00

Weekend working is essential, including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication where appropriate and in line with training.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Follow care plans and support residents in achieving their individual goals.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
