CRM MANAGER - ACCOMMODATION

Up to £44,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus 12% Bonus Scheme

Hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days home-working

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team as CRM Manager (Accommodation).

This role will lead the accommodation direct marketing strategy, to drive maximum revenues, guest retention and customer lifetime value through the implementation of highly targeted, personalised and integrated direct marketing campaigns and initiatives; covering Accommodation for UK and Ireland.  Working alongside the CRM Manager (Aqua Sana and On Village) to devise and maintain optimal guest contact strategies for both brands in the two markets.  Continually testing, refining and optimising to fully drive cross sell and upsell opportunities, whilst continually enhancing the guest experience and reinforcing the values of both brands.

Key to this role will be excellent team management, influential cross-departmental collaboration and analysis of data to create and execute email, SMS and printed communications, as well as campaign planning and devising campaign strategy.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts and experience in analysing marketing campaigns (preferably digital or CRM) to enhance performance.
  • Process driven, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Degree level education in marketing and/or an analytical related subject
  • Demonstrable experience in integrated marketing and CRM disciplines preferred (preferably including direct marketing, customer segmentation, targeting, retention marketing).
  • Previous experience in team management
  • Experience in owning and managing one, or more, aspects of the digital marketing strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Email service providers and/or campaign management tools/ software including Neolane, Unica, Adobe campaign or comparable database marketing tools preferred

Desirable requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with analytic tools/software including Adobe Analytics or comparable analysis/reporting tools preferred.
  • Extensive experience with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint required
  • Effective people management and budget management experience
  • Experience of loyalty and retention strategies
