Are you an experienced Recruiter who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment? This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable in-house resourcing experience working as part of our village Resourcing Hub.

At each Center Parcs village, we have around 1500 employees working in a diverse range of roles from Housekeeping and Hospitality, through to Technical Services and Security. We work together seamlessly to deliver the unique Center Parcs experience to our guests and for this reason, volume recruitment brings with it the added challenge of making sure every person we recruit is the right fit for our family.

RESOURCING ADVISOR | Circa €34,300 per annum

Please note this is a fixed-term role until June 2025.

Reporting to the Village Resourcing Manager, the Resourcing Advisor will have an excellent knowledge of the various roles on the village and will provide specialist support to hiring managers and the wider HR team in the area of Resourcing, ensuring we are matching the right talent to the right roles.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all applicants follow a robust, fair and timely interview and selection process, monitoring applicants’ activity through the applicant tracking system and logs
  • Work closely with the Head Office Resourcing team to process centrally screened candidates
  • Ensure recruitment KPI’s and SLA’s are being achieved
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish the recruitment needs of various departments and help with resourcing solutions
  • Develop an excellent understanding of the various roles on village
  • Coach hiring managers to enable them to recruit their teams effectively, professionally and in line with company procedures
  • Proactively source candidates using a range of channels and pipelining talent for future positions
  • Deliver the company induction to new starters

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). This role is based on site and your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm. However, flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate candidate availability may be required.

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent planning, administration, and organisational skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of using Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Previous experience working within a HR / Recruitment team
  • Previous experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with a passion for delivering results

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience of volume recruitment
