Action Challenge offers a wide range of exciting and extreme activities for all ages and abilities.

Reporting to the Outdoor Pursuits Manager, you are required to assist the Outdoor Pursuits management team in delivering a safe and quality operation. To deputise two days per week in each area for Assistant Managers thereafter depending on business needs.

To maintain excellent guest care and set high standards in building management and motivate and develop team members. To drive and develop demand and further opportunities to enhance the commercial management.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in managing team and volume activities
  • Good basic general education
  • Computer literacy including Elite

Desirable requirements:

  • Some knowledge desirable in Outdoor Pursuits activities
  • Some previous experience within a customer service industry

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive your contracted hours per period.

Your working hours will include days, evenings, weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
