If you enjoy solving problems and translating data into real-world insights, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your analytical skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

We’re looking for an Assistant BI & Insights Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team - helping us make smarter, data-led decisions that drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll work closely with BI Insight Partner (Digital) to support the Digital, CRM and Social Media teams with all data and analytics requirements across daily, weekly, monthly and periodic reporting.

As our Assistant BI & Insights Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • analysing data and providing insight across all digital campaigns
  • developing and managing visual analytic data sources and providing extensive analytics across all digital programmes and campaigns
  • ensuring all data driven processes are adhered to and that the data is accurate and on time

  • supporting the development of digital KPIs
  • attending meetings as required to provide data insight and real-time analytics / reporting / dashboard execution
  • working closely with other digital analysts, yield and data insights teams to ensure a consistent and joined up approach to reporting

You’ll have the opportunity to become an expert in Adobe Analytics and to understand how we use data to shape decisions across our channels to improve ROI.

  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills — able to build relationships with key stakeholders
