SENIOR DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER | Circa £56,000 per annum

Hybrid role with both office and home-working. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital team as Senior Digital Product Owner on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until mid-January 2026.

This role will lead and further develop our guest facing digital development strategy for the Center Parcs, Aqua Sana and Corporate Events websites, microsites and the Mobile App; ensuring our technology keeps pace with the industry and guest expectations.

Excellent people management skills are required, as you will manage the Digital Product Owner and the Mobile App Product Owner, being ultimately responsible for all website and app developments.

This role is project focused and will lead on digital projects, representing the requirements of any of the teams within the digital department e.g. CDP, Adobe Campaign Replacement, Recommendations Engine, Phase 2 Mobile App development, TableRes, Payment Gateway Replacement, Web chat / Chatbot replacement.

Key to this role is good technical understanding, in-depth systems knowledge and how it interfaces with our digital technology, expert in agile processes and product ownership, as well as keeping an eye on and a good understanding of all digital marketing technologies across the digital department and putting forward proposals and business cases on how they would benefit Center Parcs, Aqua Sana and Corporate Events.

HOURS OF WORK

This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until mid-January 2026.

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of and a keen interest in the Adobe product suite and other marketing and backend technologies, including green screen technology.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytics (Adobe Analytics or similar) to support strategy, evaluation and planning.
  • Significant knowledge and experience of the agile methodology.
  • Excellent internal and external relationship building, stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Significant experience of leading ecommerce and user experience strategies at a senior level.
  • Strategic responsive web and app development and project management, with a technical mindset
  • Significant team management experience, exceptional team player.
  • Experience of Product Management/Ownership
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, organisation, prioritisation, time and project management, with the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable requirements:

  • B2C experience ideally within a leisure, travel or retail environment.
