SENIOR CRM MANAGER | Up to £64,000 per annum plus 18% bonus scheme

Hybrid role with both office and home-working

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital team as Senior CRM Manager.

This role is responsible for the full end-to-end CRM strategy across all of our brands - Center Parcs (CP), Aqua Sana Spa (AS) & Corporate Events (B2B) – along with the Leisure and Food, Beverage & Retail (FB&R) divisions for both the UK and Ireland.

This will include planning, data selections, workflows, copy, creative, onward journeys, functioning and appropriate links, pre-deployment testing, analysis, performance, test and learn, database health management and Email/SMS/Push system management.

Other responsibilities will include maximising commercial marketing and aiming to achieve the revenue and bookings targets, working with the appropriate stakeholders to achieve this.  Maintaining an excellent control of the budget and performance is imperative, as well as building a great understanding of all available channels (and how they work together) along with the tools involved.

The successful candidate will have strong data and analysis experience to drive commercial decisions and strategy.  Excellent communication and organisation skills along with strong people management experience is also required.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Strong ability to use data, analytics and models/tools to support strategy, evaluation and planning, including tracking and tagging implementation
  • Exceptional campaign planning, implementation, and management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM and CRM systems
  • Evidence of managing large budgets and revenue targets
  • Exceptional leadership, organisation, prioritisation, time and project management skills, with the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process driven, with excellent attention to detail
  • Significant experience of leading CRM strategies and campaigns at a senior level
  • Significant experience of leading people, teams, cross functional working and being an exceptional team player
  • Experience of Media Mix Models, attribution models and econometric modelling as well as manipulating and analysing large data sets to draw conclusion and implement action

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge of other marketing channels e.g. PPC, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing and paid social and website management and how these work together as well as copy writing and creative
  • Previous experience of managing agencies/external suppliers, particularly performance management and contract negotiation
